It’s Christmas Eve and to get you in the right frame of mind for the big day, we have hooked up with the Director of "Quest for Life" Petrea King, for an insight into the real meaning of Christmas. Petrea has counselled individually or through residential programs tens of thousands of people living with cancer and other life-challenging illnesses, grief, loss, trauma and tragedy. She is at the forefront of wellness education and is a frequent lecturer at medical and other conferences. Petrea sees crisis as a catalyst for personal growth and understanding and as an opportunity for healing and peace. Forget the sales, forget the pressure of finding "the perfect gift", just take in what the Christmas season is all about: family, sharing and that feeling of belonging.
