Today’s headline stories:
On July 21, 969 Neil Armstrong became the first man to walk on the moon. However, some conspiracy theorists mistakenly believe that the move never took place in the first place.
The night sky may look calm at first glance, but the universe is constantly expanding, so everything is wandering in the void. Now, a new map showing the distances of tens of thousands of galaxies is helping researchers calculate the age and expansion rate of the universe with unprecedented precision.
The next full Moon will happen on Tuesday, November 8. The Moon will appear full the night before and after its peak to the casual stargazer.
Jetson's fans are this year celebrating the birthday of sitcom patriarch George Jetson. That’s right, according to fans he was born in 2022.
