*New type of pulsating star discovered
Astronomers have discovered an unusual star that pulsates on just one side. The strange tear-drop shaped star reported in the journal Nature Astronomy is part of a binary system located some 1500 light-years away.
*SpaceX to fly astronauts to the Space Station in May
NASA has confirmed that SpaceX will fly astronauts to the International Space Station in May using a Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon 2 capsule. The historic flight will be the first manned mission launched from American soil since the mothballing of the Space Shuttle fleet following STS-135 in 2011.
*New satellite tracking station for Alice Springs
Arianespace is to develop a new satellite tracking station at a technology centre near the outback town of Alice Springs.
*ExoMars mission delay till 2022
The European Space Agency and the Russian Federal Space Agency Roscosmos have decided to postpone the launch of the second ExoMars mission to study the Red Planet until 2022.
