Legendary Pioneer of the Audio Recording biz Rupert Neve passed away recently, so in tribute to the man and his work, we decided to get hold of a couple of Musicians/Engineers who had worked on his gear, and pick their brains about what made them so great.

Bill Drescher was one of the Engineers at the legendary Sound City studios and has recorded on a bunch of other Neve consoles. And Graeme Buzz Bidstrup is an Australian musician, songwriter, and music producer. Both have a love affair with Neve consoles, and Buzz actually owned one of his own for many years.

If you love Neve gear, or if you just love great-sounding audio, this is an episode you don't want to miss..

The Pro Audio Suite has kindly been supplied with gear from RØDE microphones. We would like to thank them for their involvement with our show, and their generosity. You can see the complete list of their gear here.
