She believed she was a bad person from the time she was a child and lived with depression and anxiety while slowly losing her hearing. She kept this secret until a moment of awakening that set her on a profoundly different, more open, accepting and joyful path as a writer, teacher and leader. Jen speaks with honesty and clarity about the often rocky road to becoming human. When people ask Jen what she does, how does she like to reply? What has Jen discovered about being human?
