Star Stuff is my favorite astronomy podcast despite some tough competition. Great interviews and Stuart is a pro at distilling the most interesting astronomy news. Glad to have the show back.

I have been listening to Star Stuff for years; I listen to the day it comes downloaded. It’s a wrap up news from the Astronomical world from the last few days. It is fast-paced, informative and full of detailed interviews with experts who know their Star Stuff. This current incarnation gives us TWO episodes each. Often he tells me about Star Stuff that happened at Cape Canaveral, only 180 miles from my house, that I wouldn’t otherwise have known. I don’t know how Stuart keeps up with all this Star Stuff - He must have a staff of a hundred ears and eyes, listening and watching. If you care about Star Stuff, this will fill your ears!

I was very surprised to discover that Star Stuff had lost it's spot on ABC Radio, but I'm VERY pleased to see that it continues in podcast-form, and with no detriment in quality. I've been listening to Star Stuff since before 1998, and one of my strongest memories of it, is tuning into ABC Newsradio and Star Stuff being the first thing we listened to after setting-up the stereo in our newly acquired home. I have some vague memories of listening to Star Stuff before 1998, during the hour-long drive home from my then girlfriend's home on the opposite side of Melbourne; thanks to this program (and a nice "bonus cup" of coffee), I managed to stay awake and alert as I negotiated Melbourne's late-night Sunday traffic. The show is packed with information, interesting and accurate, and Stuart's so well respected within the Astronomical community, his guests are second to none. Further to this, Star Stuff is largely responsible for my own podcast being quite Space-centric Stuart Gary and Star Stuff are easily my favourite science programs, and an inspiration to many interested in science, astronomy and podcasts in-general..

The weekly information presented on Star Stuff is encyclopedic and enthralling--from the lunar surface to the farthest stellar nursery, Star Stuff delivers 30 minutes packed with valuable material for the curious. I greatly enjoy the explanations on Star Stuff-- thorough, concise and cogent enough for someone (like me) with only a very casual knowledge of the hard science involved in understanding and exploring our universe. It is one of my favorite weekly podcasts.

So good to have Star Stuff back. The new feed works well and I can now stop my little panic. Great information delivered in an easy to understand style. Highly recommended...

Stuart Gary is a pro. This podcast isn't a regurgitation of headline space news. Stuart gets interviews with the experts and newsmakers, and always has great guests.

Star Stuff - hosted by Stuart Gary, is a journey into antipodean astronomy. The virtual tour across the universe dives deep into the latest #science headlines and often includes the countdown of rocket launches for soundscape fans. Gary's conversations with scientists are inspired bits of eureka moments. The program has a storied history and numerous fans who were quite vocal when the program had a brief cessation. Star Stuff is one of my favorite podcasts.
